Hello! I have a 2006 Grasshopper 223 Zero-Turn mower and there is pressure coming from the oil filler tube that pushes the dipstick out. Any ideas what this is?

Engine blow by. Check to see if the crank case vent is clogged. If it is your lucky. Just clean it and good as new. If it is venting, then the engine is worn out.
